i don't eat 2hours before sleep.
i drink lotsa water everyday.
i excercise once a week BUT i walk to & fro school everyday which is 3bus stop away.

If you've a good height and body weight ratio, then you're healthy. Even better if you exercise regularly, like swimming or jogging 3 times a week (at least 40 mins each time). Such exercises are good and prevent the body from falling sick easily.
It really depends on what you eat, rather than how much you eat.
Fruits, vegetables & water are very good. But you also need some protein from meat, fish and soya products (like Tofu) for a healthy body.
Walking is good, but to really burn fats, a person must maintain an exercising heart rate for at least 20 mins or more. This is because the body starts burning fats only after the first 20 mins.
Another great way to keep fit, is skipping rope  This is an easy and fun way to keep in shape. While skipping, listen to your favourite music! |

my longest distance...walk up to from hougang mall walk to compass point
or far east to bugis..

1) Do replace carbohydrates such as rice and noodles with vegetables and fruits
2) Eat Fresh Fruits an dnot preserved fruits and avoid canned goods which contain lots of preservatives and salt
3)Drink Green Tea/ Water /Coffee ; Drink Diet coke only when you have a craving; Diet coke is healthier compared to other canned drinks as it has no calories.
4) Exercise regularly - start with warm -ups always
5) Do not eat Junk Food at all , including fast food
6) Stick to a regular diet and do not indulge yourself after a few weeks of diet as you are just breaking your diet which you have worked so hard for.
7) Do not crash diet as it may cause your liver and kidney to malfunction.
8) Losing fat is not just about diet but rather it is a form of living - healthy lifestyle and regular exercise |
