Re: HOW to Transfer GAMES inTO PSP!

I think the problem lies at the shop people. Can't treat every of their customers knows everything, especially the newbies, on what's going on at their PSP, right? Where is this shop? They should make an effort to compress the files properly before letting their customer have it. Little things like this make customers go back to them for more gaming services. This apply to every part of the service industry.

You can't really blame the shop people actually. If you are being spoon-fed, then what's the point of buying a PSP? This type of things is best for customers to find out themselves. The power of the internet is very strong you know?

So the bottom line is....if you don't know much about homebrew, my as well go and support original. Or if you really want to play pirated games, make sure you know more about PSP Homebrew, as Homebrew on the PSP is not just playing pirated games, there are tons of things that can be done on a Homebrewed PSP. Unless you are a pri 1 kid den i cannot say anything.

Re: HOW to Transfer GAMES inTO PSP!

321 error is the NO UMD drive error

Ok, you might want to try this set of instructions
1- In the main menu, Press select and the down arrow. (A menu will pop up)
2- Use the arrow key to scroll down to this UMD ISO load. (The value should be default I believe) Change the value using the right arrow key to Sony NP9660.
3- Use the arrow key to scroll down and exit.
4- Try starting your game again.

Those steps are for another kind of error.

pspmania, I think you didn't convert your game to ISO properly.

Re: HOW to Transfer GAMES inTO PSP!

PSP_GAMES -> UMDGEN -> Converting over to .iso/.cso -> put 'em into your ISO folder .. thats about it?

First open up your UMDgen .. drag your PSP_GAME folder [ only for some torrent's download ] or if some of the folders you've unextract you got the file exten. .iso/.cso then skip all of this ..

After you've dragged your PSP_GAME ENTIRE folder .. into UMDgen .. you should see the folders inside PSP_GAME like svksfs or something .. then click the floopy[SAVE] and compressed it over to .iso/.cso, don't touch anything! Just click contiune and let it convert .. it'll take awhile though .. after that .. its ALL done! xD

You also need UMD_DATA.BIN. If you don't have this file UMDGEN can generate one for you. Check the UMD Properties tab.

Ah yes. I was wondering why you posted the description of the UMD Properties tab, thought you were looking for the button.
