If i have abit of colour blind actully nomal colour i can see very well i have colour blind cos the doctor say so ==''......it cos when he bring out one book full of colour i cant read the no. inside so he say i have colour blind and another problem is i have sweaty palms =X but i hear colour blind ppl can take licen for car am i rite ?

If you're talking about NPCO vocation which gives free car license, considering your condition, I think your chances of getting NPCO is slim.
