Gender: | I'm really blur with my grammar.
Yah.
As stated above I'm really blur with my grammar.
May I ask a question?
Let say for this sentence.
Should it be.
If I encounter any problem?
or
If I encounters any problem?
I supposed I is a singular.
So isit If I encounters any problem?

You say, I am, I have, etc.
So, the correct answer is "If I encounter any problems?"
Hope I have helped you in your grammar. (: |

Which is correct?
"What does your signature says about you?" or "What does your signature say about you?"
I always see this advertisement by Visa and they are using the latter sentence, but to me, I feel that "signature" is singular, so shouldn't it be "What does your signature says about you?"
Please correct me if I'm wrong, just would like to double confirm

Thanks!
Because "your signature", the object should be the signature and since it's only 1 signature?

In this case, the singular is already expressed in 'DOES'.
Its just like, 'He does not want to study' ( correct )
versus 'He does not wants to study' (wrong)
Plural: 'They do come here often' (correct)
Plural: 'They do comes here often' (wrong!)
Further, 'You do understand that, right?' (correct)
versus ' You do understands that, right?' (definitely wrong)
and " I do hate the evil stepmother' (correct)
versus "I do hates the evil stepmother" (wrong) ethyne added 7 Minutes and 24 Seconds later... Quote:

I will have/I want to have ..... (more assertive, and sounds commanding) | Ohhh, Thanks thanks Understand liaos. So it is because of the does and I assume that will apply to did (past tense of does) too! Thanks!
"What did she say about you?" <- Correct bah? Quote:
