Often get urine infection is it normal?

no infection is normal. go see doc before it get worse! if it keep coming back.. ask gp for referral to specialist

if she wants cheaper rate.. should go to polyclinic gp for referral first.. directly go gynae will be counted as private walk-in patient and will cost at least twice or thrice more.. and the infection might because of urinary system.. if that is the case it will be unrelated to see a gynae

from a nurse perspective... i feel its not necessary to go to gynae for urinary tract infection...
gp and polyclinic doctors are good enough. if after measures are taken but still recurrent then see specialist... girls tends to have urinary tract infection more than guys.

but its usually due to hygiene problem or inadequate water intake.
taking craneberry juice may help. can give it a try...

Yup.. i seldom drink water .. how aboutif sometimes my inner thigh like 破皮 is it because i never keep clean?

I had UTI before and that happened for the first time and i hope it will be the last too! And i xginx is right, it is mainly caused by lack of water intake. so remember to take in at least 1.5litres of water a day. make it 2 if possible take care!
