I'm posting this up because i'm seriously upset over the irresponsible behavior of a particular neighbour who lives in the same block as me.
I don't know who this girl is, but if she happens to be in here, PLEASE LEARN TO BE MORE CONSIDERATE.
Okayy, this happened many MANY times.
& i'm so upset that i've got to post this here to show that such inconsiderate people exists. 
This particular neighbour, a girl of course, tend to have this habit of throwing her USED sanitary pads out of her window.
Okayy, maybe not only her, but all the girls in her family.
Why do i say so ?
That's because it doesn't only happen at a certain period of the month but almost every week !
It's really sickening because it lands right at the lift exit at the back of our block.
& wherever you go; whether to drive out or to take a bus/cab, you need to walk through there.
Seriously eyesore.
I feel super ashamed to even invite friends or relatives over.
It's like, house got no dustbin or what ?

i think it doesnt matter whether did the cleaner clean it onot,
is the hygiene that play a part.
i find it quite inconsiderate and irresponsible.
i would complain to NEA.
i think i seen worst neighbour.
my friend's neighbour is really terrible!
the aircon "box" outside the room's window is
polluted by used condoms + pads + tissues.

I'll take pictures tomorrow & lodge a complaint.
It's damn freaking gross.
It's not that bad if she doesn't expose them.
But it's like, lying all over the floor exposed with those... EEWWW !

this not only affect the environment but also the resident.
every morning going to work or school should always look forward for something
but not a used pad that "brighten" up your day.

man. that is sick. throw sanitary pads out of the window? don't they realise that if someone complained, they can use the DNA in the blood to track down who it is?!
Seriously, does their house have a common refuge chute? At least throw it down there, it would be a lot less unsightly as only the workers who take out the rubbish would see it. And by then, it would have been buried underneath a lot more rubbish.
Does it really take that much effort to walk to the kitchen, open the refuge chute cover, and throw it inside?
Even if the bins are outside the house, surely they keep a rubbish bin or something similar! Throw the pad into the bin, then the bin's contents at the refuge chute. How much of a hassle is that?! | |

biang eh, i heard from my mum used sanitary pads can make gong tao(curse), so girls, better wrapped up your used roti well with papers/newspapers and dispose them properly, that's what my mum always say to my gf :x | |

gek... There used to be a family who lived one floor above me who does that... You know all the new block, behind the wall of the toliet is always the place you put out the lanudary, the idiot throw the pad out in the morning and it kanna our lanudary. Some kanna the ledge and it's stuck there... She also throws out soiled stained undergarment.... Lucky the family moved away liao... | |

I don't think you have to take pics of it, cos once you reported them, the authorities will send their officers down and investigate.
