For Japanese courses,i would recommend Ikoma or Bunka.
They are at Shaw House and Delphi Orchard respectively.
They are the probably the best that you can get in Singapore.

You can visit their website to find our the pricing for the level that you intend to take.

Bunka is cheaper than Ikoma I think. I have seen their prices and I chose Bunka over Ikoma. Though I'm in neither school now, I must say that Bunka's lessons tend to be more strict.

As for Bunka's JLPT class, you'll need to apply first because it tends to be fully booked within the first few days from the opening of the application for it.

wow! I'm going to sign up with Bunka soon cos' of its fast path and lots of reccommendations from my friends.

I took JLPT 4 few months back but actually failed it. Even after studying 2 yrs in Singapore poly japanese school, it's like not enough in terms of vocabulary and grammar.
