 Jolin Tsai (Chinese: 蔡依林; pinyin: Cài Yīlín; Wade-Giles: Ts'ai I-lin) is a Golden Melody Award winning Taiwanese Mandopop singer. To date, Tsai is one of the most successful and popular singers in the Mandarin music market.
She has won many awards since she first started out at the age of 18! She's just so amazing. She's one of the most hardworking singer I've ever seen and I love her to bits! I went to her concert in Singapore this year and it was simply awesome.

ELFiiy LATEST NEWS AND UPDATES: 15/11/2007 Kylie Minogue, Jolin Tsai record duet
HONG KONG - Kylie Minogue has recorded a duet with Taiwanese singer Jolin Tsai that will be included in the Asian edition of the Australian pop diva's upcoming album.
The collaboration was announced Monday on EMI Taiwan's Web site. Both Minogue, 39, and Tsai are EMI artists. They recorded "In My Arms," the third song on Minogue's new CD, "X," her first studio album in four years.
Tsai said in a statement that she considers Minogue a "goddess" and her concert DVDs required viewing. They apparently recorded separately, with Tsai saying she imagined recording the song next to the Australian pop star.
In June, Tsai was named best female singer at Taiwan's Golden Melody Awards, one of the Chinese-language music industry's top honors.

Tsai, 27, has performed in China countless times and sold millions of albums there.

That foray into the Western market is a one-off thing, but she is open to more of it.
'I hope, of course, that in the future I can do it again,' she said. 'I'm someone who doesn't stop. I'm always doing something. I'll always look for more stuff to help me grow up.'
She made a name in 1999 by winning an MTV singing competition with a cover of the Whitney Houston song The Greatest Love Of All.
Her first album, Jolin 1019, came out a year later and sold more than 400,000 copies in Asia. She has released nine albums altogether. The most successful, 2006's Dancing Diva, sold more than one million copies last year.
Her latest album, Agent, has sold 150,000 copies since its release last month.
