Wanted to go back one day to the "It's Soul Good" foot reflex and realised that it was no longer there!! I went to sign up a package with them last year, went twice and revisit the shop again this year.. it's non-existent! I still left 4 more sessions! How annoying and unethical of them..

Does anyone know if this shop has been moved to somewhere?? I tried calling the telephone number but no one picks up.

can police help me to recover my loss? or should I go to CASE instead?

I have the card.. which states the no of visits and the package type.. so sad..now that I learnt my lesson knowing that when one sign up for any package, make sure that the company at least got a few branches and is reputable.. dunno how many victims out there like me...

yeah this shop was NOT there anymore, for quite a long time already, i think should be around a few mths. you should definitely go to Case, but i don't think they can do anything to this co, since they dunno moved to where now.
