Anyone here, ever dream or kept thinking of your ex girlfriend.
It's been 5 years now, i kept dreaming and thinking of my ex girlfriend.
Somehow or rather i feel that my heart is attached to her
that i cannot stop thinking of her.
In my dreams, i always dream that i had a family with her. 
Occasionally i will run into her but when i see her, she will disappear. 
I tried to move on and stop thinking of her but these thoughts keep coming back.
What should i do? I don't have her contact which means solving this problem
will be lot more harder.

You need a new girl to think about.
Dont live in the past anymore. You gotta accept the fact that your ex is no longer around in your life.
Move on.

i think you should try your best to move on.
focus more on your career? and building and attaining more achievements?
things such as love are really tricky, the more you wanna leave, the memories will pull you back into déjà vu...
are you still studying or?
i think the best medicine for you now, is to go overseas take a break, see the world with a big heart.
accept things the way they are now, empty what's full, and fill up whats empty.

try to google her see you still can contact her, then ask her out for a meal lo.. sometimes thinkin and living in the past only make yourself difficult, why not take a shot or a opportunity to win her back again.? you need a answer, sometimes you just hav to try.. at least you can answer yourself as a man who had tried your best..

The memories and feelings for her keep coming back.
These memories are not beautiful and it reminds me of the time
i saw her with her boyfriend.
These memories make me cry and angry. Maybe year end, i wanna go aboard alone.

But that's like in the past lerhs.
thou sometimes out of the blue i still dreamt of him, but its much much lesser now.
and how did i even solve this problem.
i had a trusted friend.
a friend whom i trust and noe he wun spread wat i told him.
fyi TS, you dun nid a fren frm the opposite gender but can be of the gender. but you can choose to have a opposite gender as your trusted fren and this fren is more den just close/best friend. 
anw, back to the point, you can tell your problems or what your dream is about to this friend of yours.
maybe it works.
P/S: find someone whom you noe wun laugh or look down on you when you tell your problems.
