Wrong, why is that libra?
The description does fit a Libran. As u know the symbol of Libra is a balancing scale..so the characteristics of Libra does include diplomacy (knowing how to say things tactfully etc). Libra people are beautiful and love to be around beauty. I read before that Librans like to do things in 2s - they don't like to do things on their own much but prefer to have a companion with them. Hence the balance scale again - got 2 scales ma.
