Wah! SPowerhouse! Bought my Megadrive set there in '89. Rarely go there anymore except maybe to take a quick look of what they have. Recently bought some games from Playboxx. The auntie was kind and friendly so what happened to those who had a bad experience with them?

Gamelane is undoubtedly the friendliest place I've been to. I was scouting for places to get a Wii and by chance stumbled upon Gamelane from the internet. Went there with my friends to compare prices where my buddies proceeded to monkey around with a Wii pingpong game. Instead of chasing us away, the owners (i think its Matt and Des) showed us how to hold the controllers properly and even joined in the fun. HAHA! Anyways, eventhough all we bought was just some stupid cables, I'd surely get a Wii set from them once the economy picks up

I would personally recommend redsandsgamer. They r very professional and provide excellent sales service. Personal experience of mine: I purchased 2 wii classic controller pro from them through their website and went down to collect only to find out that stock hasn't arrived yet.

The owner Jeffire, said upon me reaching the store tat stocks would arrive only tml and since I had alrdy made the trip down and couldn't get my controllers, he would personally deliver it to my place FOC and true to his word,I received it at the time mentioned to me the day b4.

Of 15+ yrs of gaming experience and buying from different shops, this is definitely the best sales service tat I ever got b4.

One word of caution when buying from them is one would haf to order online through their shopping cart b4 making your way down to collect from them.

Thanks Jeffire,enjoying my controller now. Only sad thing is not every game is classic controller compatible. Oh and oso their prices are rather competitive as well and this is the best part!

Can anyone help me? Is paying $310 for a refurbished psp slim modded worth it? I was quote that price and when i requested a brand new set the person said thats not possible for a brand new set of psp slim to be modded...$310, abit steep isn't it???
