O.O!! very good way to learn is to go for urban with at least 1 other experienced skater. even if u fall a lot nvm 1, u'll go thru a lot of 'practical' lessons how to overcome obstacles like slopes, stairs, uneven ground etc.. in fact that's how i usually teach my juniors in school when they just bought skates and can't even do T-stop ^^

I learnt to spin-stop liao but still haven't got the gist of T-stop, damn weird sia
BTW I intend to rocker my wheels soon, anyone got any good wheels to recommend for slalom? Is there any difference between 72-76-76-72 and 76-80-80-76, and also roughly how much does each wheel cost? Sorry got a lot questions here..

most of us use gyro wheels for slalom..
each gyro wheel cost around 8-12 bucks depending on the size.
72- 8$ 76- 10$ & 80 - 12$
76-72-72-76 and 80-76-76-80 is depend on your frame length. 231mm frame is for the 1st one & 243mm frame is for 2nd one.
and that setting is anti-rocker
rocker is 72-76-76-72 / 76-80-80-76

Oops paiseh type the wheel profile wrongly. Thanks for all the info
Guessed I will go with 76-80-80-76 bah, since my frame is 243mm de. Sianzz rockered wheels really can burn my pocket ah! |

skate = less den 5times
urban = more den 5 times tried slide = less den 3 times tried slalom = 1 time
and tadah, my skates are resting well at home since at least 1 month ago
