Lost 40kg in One month +

I didn't know such a forum existed. But back to the topic. So yea, I lost about 40+kg in around one month +. It was absolutely crashcourse to be honest. What I did was:

Disclaimer: This is not an healthy way of losing
eight apparently. The side effect? Lost alot of muscle mass too. Especially for boys like me. Girls I am not too sure though. Bulking up now.

Run three times a day : before school , after school , at night.
REMEMBER intensity is THE key . What separates you and your target weight is that extra mile or timing that makes you a champ. Push yourself. I did Cardio. Crash cardio . Swimming jogging skipping etc. I didn't carry weights at ALL. PURE CRASH CARDIO ONLY.

Next, diet. I WAS very very strict on this. REMEMBER HIGH PROTEIN LOW CARB ALWAYS !!!
Take 5 small meals a day. Eat oats for breakfast .. Snacks like walnuts or raisins grapes would do. High protein means not everytime fried chicken ah -,- . lean , steamed meat . Eg chicken breast or whatever.

In summary, I would say you need alot of discipline. I would rank my success : 70% to diet and 30% to workouts so that you get the picture that I was strict in my diet. Btw, Im 16 I suggest anyone of the age <14 don't do it. YOu would STUN your growth. Thats all from me for now. Feel free to comment. I WILL TRY to ans.

what was your initial weight b4 the loss?

40kg in one month is way too much that's more than 1 kg / day

Like I said. This is an unhealthy way of losing weight. Besides, I am a very busy person and result-orieented. Initial? I think I was 100+ kg then drop to 58 now.. One side effect though, you will lose precious muscle . So you have to bulk up. You can't do both at the same time. So yea, ultimately comes down to you pal.

That's a very unhealthy way to lose weight which nobody should take up this. The healthy weight to lose is 2-4kg weekly. Gosh, I guess if I take up this (though I'm really desperate to slim down), I'll definitely look like an old haggard

this is the correct way to lose weight
not stuff yourself with pills like some girls think

ive seen something like this but not in 1mth

Of course its unhealthy. I don't suggest it obviously. But if you were a despo like me. Just do it by Nike xp. But let me tell the outcome is indeed rewarding.

I'm surprised you didn't end up in the hospital. Given how you've lost 40kg its a pretty tough beating your body took, I hope nothing is permanently damaged.

Everyone metabolism rate is different, TS probably got a higher metabolism, which explains how crash cardio can works for him, not everyone can be assured of the same result as him, & TS case is more extreme from the way he work out .. ( along the process, can be easily injured or fatigued ) but nevertheless he survive through , so good luck to those who wanna try out his method, as you'll need hell lot of determination to pull through

This is what I call coolstorybrah.

I've been put up nothing but only IV for 5days, I only lost 3kg. And you mention you did eat. Not even someone with medical condition that retain water can hold that much weight and lose all at a time. I don't know what you'll get for frauding but good luck in your future goals.

But its like 1kg+ per day which is highly impossible if u ask me, maybe a few days 1kg, but 30 days!!!

i dunno if is possible or not...

Wake up early in the morning, drink a bit water, go run with empty stomach
Run before lunch, eat lunch
Run before dinner, eat dinner...

im surprise ur muscles or bone didnt give up...3 days running per day and for 1 mth?

nice job even though i have doubts in your experience. Other than losing more than 1kg daily consistently...100+ kg for a 16yr old kid... u mentioned you are a very busy person yet can do cardio 3 time a day... For starters who just switch to a high protein low carb diet will be drain from fatigue by end of 1 week of intense cardio. Nevertheless amazing and good job!

TS, I totally believe in you from personal experience. I was 88-89 kg and then I lost 32 kg in one month.
Crazy effort to kick start but its has become a habit for 1 year already like routine lidat.

But mine not as siong as you lol. and I was 16 so maybe puberty help a bit.
Monday Wed Fri morning gym with weights. Followed by 30-40 laps swimming in evening.
Tuesday Thursday Saturday Sunday I'll pick 3 days and do intense cardio, running for 50-60mins.

Diet wise I never really care lol just eat what my mom cook but never touch macs kfc all this.
But I realise I input more food than usual during that period.

For me now I gained some weight back stable at 58-59. Gym Swim weekly.
Bottom line is mentality. And cut the 'its not healthy bullshit' push your limits all out.
