well, as long as e company pay me $$$ reasonable gd  I'll be a loyal worker . I used to be a challenge worker seeking eciting area to explore and learn new things, remembering my 1st job-6mths,2nd-2yrs then transfer dept stay 1yr then currently been staying almost 3yrs..hopefully, i can control myself n stay on though sometimes my faith fated off...hhehehehe..once married there r alot of things to consider,can not sukar sukar quit n changed..

i tend to be a loyal worker for as long as the company is pleasant to work in. if there aren't any screw ups along the way that may hinder my career progression within the company, chances are i'd stay.
but say if i really find the job way too monotonous over the years, i may contemplate verturing into something new. but that is only if i'm financially stable already. | |

I used to be a loyal worker... longest time in a job was 7 years.. after that.. i'm a new challenge seeker.. but I do not mind staying with the same company provided they can continue to challenge me with new stuff..

but i have had different job scope every 3~5 years.
in fact, this year i have new job scope
hence, it is possible to seek new challenges in same company
but stay in same company does not equal loyality | |
