The free bundle is the amount of un-charged bandwidth allocated to you per month.

There should be a bandwidth meter in your phone under the Internet or Connectivity settings. To ensure that you do not exceed the free bandwidth allocated to you per month, do check the metering on your phone before/after surfing the internet.
