Meal times

Do you eat at set times when trying to lose weight, or wait until you are hungry? I suppose both have their advantages and disadvantages. If you are waiting to eat until you are hungry, you could either end up restricting calories or binging from waiting too long.

don't wait to eat when you are hungry. it can affect your metabolism. eat regularly in multiple small portions to help regulate weight. seen a friend of mine going from obese to walking stick after he changed his diet to 5 small meals a day.

for me there is set time for breakfast, other than that just eat when I start to feel a bit hungry.

Wat when I'm hungry. Due to work, I can't have a fixed timing for my meals. Sometimes need to have late dinner or skip it.

I dunno what you are working as.
But if you are working in the office, perhaps you can keep some fruits (Eg. apple) or bread in your drawer. When you feel hungry, just take a bite and that will temporary ease your hunger. Dun skip dinner, not good. At least eat something, so that your body will know there's something coming in. If not, your body will burn your muscle away = less metabolism.

It's better to have five small meals a day than it is to have one or two big ones. That little snack on something healthy on the odd hour does help keep blood sugars steady and the hungries from popping in to visit.

I set up a specific calorie count and portion it out within 5 small meals each day. I try to vary the nutritional value as well. This way I'm not as hungry and can look forward to a snack every few hours, even if it is only 1/2 apple or a bit of cheese.

I am also looking for the most effective way to cut fat through diets.

Right now, I belong to those category where breathing also will be fat one.

Generall 6 small meals a day.

Avoid/Reduce carbo, have more protein.

Don't do drastic food reduction etc. Do gradual

I try to eat at the same time every day.
It is not always possible on weekends, since i tend to wake up several hours later, and that affect the timing for meals.

I don't eat at set times; I always wait until I am truly hungry to eat. The only reason you should ever eat is because you are hungry, not simply because it is "meal time". If you're not hungry, regardless of the time, don't eat!!
