Default need help to train body

i am 170cm and 66kg(70kg 3 months ago). is it fat? i started training 3months ago wanted to cut out my fats and train 6 pack abs. for my daily workout i dovof 50 push up everyday(3sets), i also will take drumbells of 5 kg 50 time per hand(3sets), 40 crunches with 5 kg weight on my body(2sets), and 100 normal sit up(2sets). i normally will run twice a week. i am happy with my hand and chest muscles. but as for my abs...i can see my 2 pack lolx but under that is FATS....it is very ugly la....the 2packs is shown clearly but under that is really fats...anyway to train it? or ya i also do pull up after my jogging. i can do 10 standard pull up. i run abt 4.5km each time slow jog . the timing is 90sec per 300m so 4.5km is around 22.5 mins.

i think its ok. just calculate BMI~ yours 22
For abs i guess u could sub the sit ups for more crunches and leg lifts

well.. the problem is u wanna 6 packs n u got a tummy.. well watch wat u eat.. n 2ndly u try to do weight heavier but less reps.. or u can try hydrocut.. is like fat burner... heard it really works.. n hard work pay off but it takes time.. bodybuilder take as long as 6month to cut down all the fats to go competition n they have strict diet..

i have already cut down my meal... in the morning i drink a cup of milk and 1 sandwitch.lunch half bowl of rich and 2 veg 1 meat after that an orange. at dinner i ate half bowl of mix brown rice and some veg after that have an orange. i did not eat any others things. or ya btw i never drink any sugar drink only plain water and dont drink cold water. is this not enough...i tink this is my extreme, i need to do my daily workout routine so dont expect me to eat fruits for meal only... maybe is it genes problem? both my parents is overweight....

some times exercise not gd for your health my friend did gym for 30 min now got back problem

ur frenz must be doing the wrong way.. i had injuries when doing gym becoz the posture is wrong.. but alway remember u no need to do very heavy.. do the weight tat u r comfortable n slowly u increase..

may is genes problem.. but nvr less u have to try.. it may take longer for u than other.. but nvr give up.. slowly u will see the result.. if u exercise u have to eat.. dun listen to ppl say tat u exercise n eat very less it will work.. ya.. maybe it will end u up in hospital..
