i am 170cm and 66kg(70kg 3 months ago). is it fat? i started training 3months ago wanted to cut out my fats and train 6 pack abs. for my daily workout i dovof 50 push up everyday(3sets), i also will take drumbells of 5 kg 50 time per hand(3sets), 40 crunches with 5 kg weight on my body(2sets), and 100 normal sit up(2sets). i normally will run twice a week. i am happy with my hand and chest muscles. but as for my abs...i can see my 2 pack lolx but under that is FATS....it is very ugly la....the 2packs is shown clearly but under that is really fats...anyway to train it? or ya i also do pull up after my jogging. i can do 10 standard pull up. i run abt 4.5km each time slow jog . the timing is 90sec per 300m so 4.5km is around 22.5 mins.
