Ok, I know that many of you have been seeing new mods around. I have to increase the size of our management team in order to better facilitate this forum and ensure it doesn't get over-run with rubbish and spam. I've tried to seek feedback and recommendations as some of you might have seen and heard, and based on these, I chose the new mods.
I believe that they will help our forum to become a better place and to help it grow to be even better. I hope that everyone will work with them in order to improve this place and to help it become even better. Note that they have my FULL SUPPORT to carry out their duties and responsibilities. Also I have promoted 2 of our most experienced and trustworthy mods to become SENIOR MODS. They will be assisting me to oversee the entire forum as well as to guide the newer mods. So without being more 'loh sor' here they are, your new mods:

I also believe in an open feedback system and I am always open to hear if you believe that any of my team (including myself) is not doing the right thing. This does not mean that I don't trust them but as with an effective organisation, a transparent check and balance system is always for the better right? We don't want another NKF here. :p
I am still looking for more moderators so you will probably see more additions as we go along. Thanks and i'll see all of you in the forums.  |

thanks... i was about to recommend ayami-kun gothic romance for dollfie zone, but anyway..
jiamin, i am not exactly sure how the admin picks ('cos obviously i'm not the "picker"), but i'm sure he chooses the mod according to reliability, ability, unbiasness etc.
