Default Okto showing NEW anime?

As we know the Okto channel is now repeating animes. However, recently I noticed that the Okto anime slots are being freed up. Neo angelique abyss recently ended, Samurai Deeper Kyo is ending and on Fridays Okto is only showing Skip Beat!. Could Okto be planning to broadcast new anime? The Fall 2009 anime season is also starting soon. Could we be seeing the likes of InuYasha:Kanketsu-hen, Fairy Tail, Letter Bee, or Kimi ni Todoke? Just speculating...

Its expensive for okto to air newly released anime, and also a lot more troublesome for them to get it every week.

Animax only recently began to air animes same time as Japan, or so they say, so I don't think we'll see that coming from okto anytime soon.

if okto shows new anticipated anime, it spoils market for animax asia...usually latest shows broadcast on scv earlier (and that's y ppl subscribe to scv etc etc)

the only effort i appreciate by okto was its broadcast of toradora and casshern (1 wk later than japan broadcast but it's quite good for a national tv station outside japan)

besides considering new anime, must also meet mda standards and guidelines....e.g. they will 100% cannot show kara no kyokai and i bet u they will censor alot of fma scenes 1 (notice it has not even been broadcasted on arts central let alone okto?)

aiya, get them do broadcast for winter sonata anime...confirm can garner a huge female audience base whether in japanese or not
