Even now I am at this place eating very unhappliy. I wonder who open the stupid cafe. I already found a space with the those sofa type. Ignorant staff can ask me and hubby sit else where to a comer facing the wall. Saying the sofa sitting is for the 4 people and above. U ask a big size person to sit on the small chair. Can't u see it is weird and what is first come first service. And let a group of his friends sit at the place where I original seated. I wonder what's wrong with the staff management. I am sick today. And yet I can't have a proper meal. U got such a ruling better to put at the table big big I am not a dog that ask me to seat 1 corner. Damn the service there.

his name is duno wat ah jiang. This issue I am really going to make it very big.

10.15pm is last order I alway go there and seat that place. Even no place I also wait for those type of seat. At that time is empty

you should just ignore him, he can't do anything to a customer except the most giving you bad face or rude service.

i alway go there to drink coffee and eat the redang chicken. although is ex i must admit, I still eat cos my hubby love the redang there. I am very annoyed at the attitude that is serve to a customer. As I say if u dun allow 2 people to seat at the place, u say so when i enter that place. The counter auntie I got ask before whether I can seat at that place. She say ok. I am at the table going to seat down, then my hubby kena block by the ah jiang or ah chiang. This arrogant chap say cannot sit here even when I say I ask the auntie. With so many people looking at us as if we did something wrong, my food order liao, how to run. What is the furious part, he let his friends sit there when that group of friend already have a round table at the centre already eating halfway, so the staff there can abuse their power to chase customer away from the table when initially no one is using. THAT IS WHY I ANGRY. If like that I can go to food court. I didn't eat, with the thought of facing the wall, like eating in a prison, I think Mr Mark Lee is too busy with his work, and can't c the fact that his staff is acting like a boss in his shop. Sadly to say after this round, I won't go to this outlet even so near my house. I am grateful the jia xiang mee shop few step away, at 10.25pm still can cook a bowl of noodles for me even though when they are closing at 10.30pm and they did not anyhow cook the mee. A hungry person is alway a angry person.

I think it's a serious case of communication breakdown on the staff part. Just ignore it. Sometimes, some staff can be really stupid.

if that happen to me, even if i order the food liao, i will still walk away to else where to eat cause really have no more mood to eat at there le...

Seriously when i am angry with something, i will be angry for a long time. The supervisor also cannot do anything, wonder why, call the manager at his handphone, also crap saying oh could be peak hours. To me peak hours is got people queuing then is peak hour. No one is queuing, got empty seats in the centre. So sofa seat is VIP meh?? Must well corner off that area, PUT VIP only lor. Staff got such pivilages letting friends sit at VIP seats?? I think first time in the whole have such sort of pivilages. Only thought boss have this kind of pivilages. Been to so many restuarants, cafes also never encounter this........

LOL. if he ask you to pay just don't pay la. so simple! its like, basic service man. just kick up a big fuss. customers are always right. if he's angry then just too bad, who ask him to work there in the service sector. and if is me, i sure won't budge if i want to sit there, though i don't actually mind. you shouldn't have moved your sit in the first place, just my two cents worth though.(: (:

ya, i did sent in a complaint through jack neo blog. Just hope they can do something if not too bad. I also notice that in the blog also got a similar complaint last year at the east coast branch. The customer is pregnant so they request to sit sofa seat, the staff and manager also say cannot because only 2 person. Hey come on lor, people pregnant also have to seat round chair. Really no training.
