I think TS knew it is not a real iPhone. He said in his first post that he ordered a "Apple Little iPhone". He got scammed because he failed to receive the phone, and not because he got a fake iPhone. Right TS?

An update on the case.
Made a police report on this person.
As per quoted by the "efficient" police force of Singapore, they cannot do anything but will monitor and might take up my case up if the person is involved in other cases.
If I want I could take up a civil suit against the person.
Well a lesson learn on my part.....

better choose cash on delivery is safer for big amount of money or even phone. i bought phone online and always require cash on delivery. it a safety precautions for yourself.

anyway it say 1 working day, so i guess no problem on COD. sometimes is better to go down to the seller convenience to collect the items. I will do that =)

I think I was being cheated by the same guy yesterday as I found the same info in indusgloballine.com, probably the same don dewberries stuff. Right?
I have just reported my case to the police during my lunch time today with all the email communication I have with him, for sure along with my cash deposit receipts. It's really a bad experience as I have done a lot of online shopping and it's my 1st time being cheated.
I know this guy have a web hosting company called switchfusion.com and he opened this cheating website indusgloballine.com pretended himself as mobile dealer to cheat people. Anyway, I will closely follow up with my case-in-charge. Hope we can get our $$$ back ASAP. Best Regards,

u better pray hard tat the police will find tat person.. i do shop online.. in order to gain trust on tat website, buy smth cheaper from them. if item not delivered, at least u don feel heart broken..
