Nowadays do companies terminate employees due to defamation from
online post?
Like say someone from coy A say something
about coy B. (Coy name is stated.)
He posted such thread on weekend night and closes the thread the next
day. (Which is also a day that falls on weekend.)
Coy B say that they will not take actions against he but
coy A take actions. Is it right?

Complained as much as you like, but be careful not to post picture of yourself and specify which company you are working for.
Other than that, the company wouldn't be so strict to the extent they track your internet files.
