Just give her the number to her nearest Community Service Center. They provide financial aid and also food supplys like rice and maggi mee etc. I'm sure they would not encourage her to ask for money around.

Don't ever buy from those selling those pens at $2
There was once a uncle who approach me and my friend if we wanted to help them sell the pens at $2 each and we get $1 as commission. But we rejected.

HAHA! Guys read what i am about to say..Recently i went to a "Shopping Mall" and there is always this uncle who sells tissue nearby the Zebra-Crossing..He is a person who has lost his left arm and It is weird that he could eat Mega-McSpicy at McDonald? He sells tissue at $0.20 ? WTF? he so rich ar?walao i only eat McSpicy only -.-

once i was eating at the open space outside long johns at vivo (near the children's play area) when this guy suddenly grabbed my hand and asked me for $2. he looked totally creepy (i swear his eyeballs keep rolling backwards) and i was extremely disgusted by how this complete stranger was holding on to my hand. i wasnt planning to give him any money at first, until my friend said, "remember drag me to hell?". ahhhz. and so i parted with my 2 bucks. i feel soooo stupid, but that guy really gave me the creeps. better to be safe than sorry right? haha

There is this group of caucasian people who usually goes around Tampines Mall or Bedok Interchange food court or any makan places and randomly just put a keychain or whatever it is and a card saying that they are mute and would help them by buying the stuff they are selling for $5. The first time i saw was at the burger king in Tampines Mall and i was like ok i trust this guy 50/50 but then the next few weeks another lady was doing the exact same thing then again at Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre and i was like are these guys a group of scammers?!!!
