Is there any age restrictions for piercing of tongue and navel in Singapore?

Re: Piercings in Navel and Tongue AGE LIMIT? Not too sure. But my young cousins in secondary school pierce themselves (not the navel one)! Definitely not recommended. Please go to a more expensive one that is hygienic and safe, protect yourself.

go to primitive arts and tell them u're 16, they wont ask for any ic or identification cards de, cos i dun even look 16 >.< lolx.
btw, e pain is bearable, so go for it
