Watery and a little bland. I think with all the good business and expansion, the quality of the food has dropped. But yes the chicken is still better than KFC~

I went to popeye for like 4 to 5 times (quite addicted to it) , tried both Changi's and Flyer's outlet.
First and second time went to Changi's outlet, like the food veri much! As wat u guys haf mentioned, chicken is less greasy, fries and mashed potato are nice.
However, third time went to Flyer's outlet, the place is very big and spacious, BUT the food there was horrible! Chicken was really oily and salty, fries was FREAKING salty! My frens and i couldnt finish the fries due to its saltyness. 
Dont dare go to Flyer's outlet anymore, so stick to Changi's. But, the last time i went, i was shocked when the chicken was served to me.
I told my frens that we were eating quail instead of chicken.. LOL!  Cos the chicken shrank alot.. lol..
