Possible to Dual Boot on new laptops?

I was eyeing some Windows based computers, but I recently realized I must get a MacBook for the course of my choice. (Multimedia and Animation) No offense but I feel that macbooks are more expensive for lower end specifications. Is it possible to buy a new windows based laptop and buy OS X and dual boot them for the programs that I will need to run for my course?

Why do you want to use a laptop to run OS X? It's violating Apple T&C on non Apple product

Oh that sucks. As I said above, it's too expensive to buy a mac for such a low-end computer.
