Default a question on how to apply for JCs

im a foreign student who sat for olevel last year. tommorow ill get my olevel result and wonder how to apply for jcs if my result is decent, coz the JAE-IS seems to be prepared for SC/SPR based on the website.

when u get O level result. u can apply through the JAE system. when receiving your certs. theses documents will be given.

i hope so, but acording to what it mentioned in the website, the site is only for Singapore Citizens/Singapore Permanent Residents and foreigners in gov school .
