Small efforts by every country makes a big contribution. Let every country aim 5 missles at North Korea and fire OTOT (Own Time One Target) within a 2 days window period.

do cold war style. Point all their missles in the direction of NK. Since they threaten them they should threaten back. Anyway whatever the world does, the NK seems to tink its an act of war. Lets all put kitties on their shores, i'll bet they'll arrest the kitties and torture them as spies and then condemmn it as an act of war
