Recipes for nice salads anyone?

Hello everyone!!
I have been craving for salads recently.
Especially potato salad from Astons.

Anyone have got any good recipes to share?
I don't like searching recipes online cos some posters purposely leave out some ingredients.. (

Or any websites to reccomend??

What salads do you guys prefer??

Yes it can be served room temperature or cool. It is suppose to be sour to enhance your appetite or to reduce your thirst level.

Recipe for Chopped Salad with Bacon and Fried Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients:
3/4 cup olive oil , divided
1 cup canned garbanzo beans , rinsed and drained
1 tsp. kosher salt , divided
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper , divided
1/8 tsp. chili powder
4 slices (1/4 pound) bacon
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 clove garlic , finely chopped
1 small shallot , finely chopped
12 cherry tomatoes , halved
1 cucumber , preferably English, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 large head romaine lettuce , trimmed and sliced
1 can (15 ounces) butter beans , rinsed and drained
1/2 cup small feta cheese cubes
6 Tbsp. ranch dressing

Directions:
Heat 6 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add garbanzo beans and fry, stirring often, until crisp and golden, 5 to 7 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, and chili powder; set aside.

Carefully discard oil in skillet and wipe clean. Return skillet to medium heat, add bacon, and cook, turning occasionally, until crisp, 7 to 8 minutes; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. When cool enough to handle, crumble into small pieces.

In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, basil, oregano, garlic, shallot, and remaining 6 tablespoons oil, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper to make a dressing. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, butter beans, and cheese, tossing gently to combine. Transfer to bowls, drizzle ranch dressing over the top, garnish with bacon and garbanzo beans, and serve.

Re: Recipes for nice salads anyone?

Here I want to share a recipe of yummy potato salad.
Hope you will enjoy eating it.

Potato salad
Ingredients
1kg desiree potatoes, peeled, cut into 2cm cubes
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 small lemon, juiced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
olive oil cooking spray
100g shaved 97% fat-free honey leg ham, finely chopped
1/2 cup basil leaves, finely shredded

Method
Step 1
Place potatoes in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook potatoes, uncovered, for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender when pierced with a skewer. Drain. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Combine mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, onion and salt in a small bowl. Pour half over warm potato (potato will absorb flavour while still warm). Stir gently with a plastic spatula (this prevents potato from breaking up) to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to cool.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Spray with oil. Add ham and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool. Add ham, basil and remaining dressing to potato. Stir gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
