Wonder if anyone here wants to share a review of their wedding photographer? It would be a great resource for other members

r u sourcing for high-end photographers? If juz normal photographers, u can always ask the wedding studio help u source for their in-house photographers when u sign up for their bridal package.

However, high-end photographers can recommend be - robin photographer, tucky, chris ling, monica from vivishots, andrew tay from the-edge photographer etc...

Just an advice to newly weds to be, if you are unsure of who to engage, arrange for a meeting with the photographer and get him/her to show some of their past projects. Most of them should have ready recent wedding photos to present. At the same time you can get them to discuss the flow of day to your liking. Remember to ask about a montage or how can he do it.

Oh, remember to ask if they provide video recording too.

I mean it's good to know what quality you'll get for the amount of money you're paying, right?

Photographers aplenty out there. I myself am one who freelance on referrals.

There is endless debate on pros setting the pace in the industry while freelancers are spoiling the market. But if we look closely, there are good ones out there, for a fraction of the price.

Some shoot for passion, some as income. Naturally the pressure to outperform holding a 1D is much greater .

There's a photographer association going by W****, a suppossed standard of the industry. Read around cautiously and you'll find invaluable feedback from users.
