This September is seriously a pretty much cursed month for all the famous boybands and a chaotic month indeed.
1. TVXQ lawsuit with SM Entertainment
This has been a draggy issue and the court hasn't release their verdict yet, but TVXQ and the fans are pretty much affected. They have met and negotiate but all talks failed as reported. Lawsuit is not a good thing.

Jae Beom aka Jay Park leaves 2PM
Jae Beom leader of 2PM left Korea and 2PM after being attacked and flamed by Korean netizens. His personal comment to his friend on Myspace 4 years ago got dug up by some netizen and had invited lots of criticism. The comment saying "Korea is gay" has caused much anger in the Korean Netizens. But its 4 years ago and he was just a Korean-American trainee back then without his family and friends.
JYP founder of JYP Entertainment said that 2PM will continue as a 6 member group without JaeBeom and he respected Jae Beom's decision. This has sparked more anger in the HOTTEST.
This incident shook the whole Kpop world with HOTTEST protesting in front of JYPE office, returning 2PM CDs and even boycotting the current 6 member group 2PM. The other members have also stopped all their individual activities and are currently on low profile.

Kang In of Super Junior was involved in an assault crisis
Kang In of Super Junior was involved in an Assault Crisis in a bar. The police revealed through a press release, "Kangin and the other man involved threw punches and kicked each other on the street in front of the bar. After learning about this, Kangin's sunbae came and got involved in the fight, also throwing punches and kicking."
They continued, "All 7 people involved have been sentenced with acts of violence and legal violations but they are not slapped with a restraining order and are thus not going to prison. As for Kangin, we acknowledge the fact that Kangin tried to keep himself away from the fight. He tried many times to ignore the one person that kept following him and using violence against him. We will count Kangin's acts of violence as self defense."

The police have decided Kangin did try to stay out of it which makes it self defense but he must go to court for a further and more detailed decision about his punishment because he is charged with an act of violence violation.

G-Dragon of Big Bang seen smoking and accused of plagiarizing
G-Dragon leader of Big Bang has been slammed by Sony for plagiarizing. Sony noted similarities between G-Dragon's "Heartbreaker" & "Right Round" (Flo Rida) as well as "Butterfly" & "She's Electric" (Oasis).
Sony's legal representative stated, "It was a hard decision for the music critics. However, they decided that there were similarities and accordingly issued a warning letter to the production company and composers. They have also denied YG Entertainment the permission to promote these songs."
However G-Dragon has already established a month-long reign over the music shows (Topping all the charts and winning 3 Mutizens award in a row) and generated explosive sales, including over 100,000 copies of his album in less than a week.
G-Dragon was seen smoking at the 2009 Global Gathering. As expected, netizens are in complete disarray over the photos of the Big Bang leader blazing one up at the 2009 Global Gathering. However, if you ask me, the photos looked like they have been photoshopped.
So isn't it a cursed month for the Boy Bands? Famous boy bands, TVXQ, Super Junior, 2PM and Big Bang? I'm pretty sad and amazed at how chaotic the Kpop world is now. Whats your view?
