Seven, Weight Loss Tips.

1.Find out how many calories you need.
2.Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
3.Watch for Portion Size
4.Do not Skip Meals
5.Go for wholesome fresh foods
6.Don't be overly-restrictive
7.Drink at least 8 to 9 glass water daily.

Work out is an important weight-loss tool, but how much you need ranges from individual to individual. The guidelines recommend at least 250 moments weekly, which comes out to about 50 moments, 5 times per weeks time. If you're a starter, begin small, for example with 3 times of cardio for 15-30 moments, progressively adding time weekly to provide a chance to evolve. Learn more about getting in shape and getting started with exercise.

When you reduce too many calories, your body will go into what is called "starvation mode". Basically this means that your body will start to think of your starvation so your metabolism will slow down so that to preserve energy and your body is going to start to cling to all the additional fat that your body has stored.

The water is really important. It keeps your skin healthy, helps your body function properly and helps remove impurities. Drinking water is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

Be consistent and stay within your calorie limits as many days of the week as you can. It's okay to splurge sometimes, but if you have a day of too much eating, follow it by two days of light eating of healthy, nutritious foods.

Getting fattening snack foods out of the house and not bringing in more is the best diet and weight loss tip I have. Why have temptation staring at you? Even if other family members like having their snacks handy, they can keep them in their own rooms.

1. Drink 2L water / day.
2. BAN entry of salt from body.
3. BAN junk food and sweet drinks.
4. Do running, swiiming, skipping etc only no lifting weights I mean it.
5. High protein low carb diet.
6. Only five times you open your mouth to eat a day.
7. 2hours before school. 2 hours after school . 1 hour night( swimming )

Discipline can't emphasise enough.

Beginning every day with a good breakfast of grains, fruits or vegetables is a great start. Small meals throughout the day of healthy, low-calorie veggies and fruits are recommended. So is drinking plenty of water. Exercise is a top priority.
