think tat will be good.., erm, even masked or not it don matter... but de importance is to make it simple & sincere, not going to clubs or beach 1st..ppl might not turn up, like insecure??? if we haf a venue, someone hse.. to meet up and every1 jux bring a little of food . drinks , etc.. then after meeting and all of us like gather to chat, then we can really plan for de next big outting together yea??? in dat way things will be more organized and sincere...

I;m thinking a gd way to host this would be in a chalet then order buffet ..

ya good ideal but i heard that some religion cannot celebrate christmas i dont know it's true anot. but bbq is not a good ideal too beause if the food are not enough people will be hungry and if it's raining we cant start the bbq even worst if cannot start the fire ;x

agreed with svpam_ms. should have a committee first to set things straight. have the committee to recruit some people as groupleaders, having each of them to handle 5-10 members and let this people interact with each other first. during event, can break the group member into pair and reshuffle into different grp for ice breaking games.

anyway where does the fund come from if event are to be organise?

As for the zoo, it might be quite messy. :\ Cos there'll be lots of tourists and the cost is also another problem. Should put students into consideration also yeah?

As what svpam_ms had suggested,I think we really need a committee.
Make a list of who're the people going.
Also as what Revy had suggested that there should be a buddy system.
It will be good for the committee to group up people.
I think one group should consists of 5 people at least.
A mixture of boys and girls.
Also in that group,there must be someone who have attended any outing in SGCLUB before and the someone must be real comfortable and real sociable!
Also I suggest everyone should have some jokes or topic to talk when they're out.
So basically they can indicate what is their hobby or interest.
So the grouping can be done by their hobby or interest or some others forms.
Then when the group are really familiar and comfortable with each others.
So I think the group will have to meet each others out first.
Roughly around 1-2 hours before SGCLUB event or party actually takes place.
They can either meet up for a lunch or to arcade xD.
Then everyone off for the event or party.
For the event I will suggest something like night cycling or night safari.
But this isn't the best idea because we've to consider those who can't cycle.
Night safari & Night cycling might be too late for some people.
So the committee should put up some polls.
So that they can make up their choice.
Also the committee have to get their own committee's numbers and those who're attending numbers handphone number or at least their email.
Also preferred dates will be Saturday and the best is Sunday.
Mostly it's an off day for everyone.
Also the Admin will be the welfare wrap.
In case the event needs money.
He/she will collects the money for those who're attending.
Please try not to backup when you confirmed you're going as well.
So the Admin gona open up the committee?
