I was browsing through the newspaper about 10minutes ago.
It's the Shin Min Daily Newspaper.
I happened to stumble upon this article.
Regards to bus captain who allowed his family to take free bus service.
The article mentioned that wenhaosp is the one who mentioned and witnessed this incident on the 15th of April 2009.

christmas_ and cisco was also mentioned in the article for theirs comments on this issue.
My phone camera is only 2.0mega pixels.
Therefore the picture quality is icky. 
However they did not mention which forum was this article found.
But,I'm sure it's SGClub because of the similies and the familiar nicknames.Even though I'm not so active in SGClub due to the upcoming examinations.
