Should I continue to learn driving?

Hi,

Should I continue to learn my driving? As I have already took up a lot of lesson and I m slow. I wasted alot of money on it. Yet I
don't wish o give up

Took up with a private instructor.. He didn't teach much. But when I do wrong, he just scold. Bt at least he let me have a chance to drive ard n be familiar on the road, compared to school. School always learn in circuit drive ard the circle

Re: Should I continue to learn driving?

If you don't see improvement in your driving skills (circuit, straight driving, etc) after a long while, maybe it's good to take a break of a week or two. Think about what you have been taught and try to visualise yourself driving and performing the lesson perfectly. Then try again.

Personally, I will feel discouraged if I did not clear the lesson after 3-5 times, alongside no perceived improvement after each lessons. So I will feel like throwing in the towel. Even a small improvement will remind me that I will be proficient soon.

Give youself a break, evaluate what is wrong and try again. If it still happens, maybe then you could consider giving it up.

Good luck!

Re: Should I continue to learn driving?

try to go driving school, the instructors are more qualified , sometimes even private instructors may not know some of the must and stuff. Whats more u can practice on the highway code & evualtion theory, as the questions that they throw u in school is what that will come out in the real test.

Dun be discourage by repeated attempts at failing. Remember this QDL (qualified driving licence) is for life, it is and will be your future asset in assisting u in landing for a job (espically sales eng, tedch support) . anyway my friend's sister failed her TP 10 times and finally got hers at her 11th try, which is 5 years later. i bet u can't beat her record

So dun be discourage, find out which part of the TP test (that u failed) that u have the higher no. of demerit pts and work on it & always treat TP mock test as real one, that will booster your confidence.
