Hello everyone. I am offering tuition for UOL-SIM students.

You can be part time or full time students because the tuition would be held on saturdays.

The tuition is for the 4 foundation courses:

Intro to Economics
Intro to Business and Management
Maths 1 & Stats 1
Principles of Sociology

Each tuition session will tentatively be 3 hours long.

For first years starting in 2009, I will be guiding you in all four subjects so you have a headstart. Along the academic year, we will change our emphasis to focus on your weaker subjects.

For others,
I can also teach a combination of the 4 subjects.

Because there are alot of individuals who have the potential to get a better grade if they had studied the correct materials, practised the right questions and answered in the way the examiners wanted, my tuition will be centered on a relatively effective AND efficient APPROACH to doing well in the exams that had worked well for others who had distinguished themselves in their UOL exams.

Your degree classfication definitely makes a huge difference to your future prospects, and unfortunately the UOL system is such that if you do badly in your first year, the poor result is cumulative and makes it quite abit harder to achieve 1st Class.

My job would be to ensure that you clinch that extremely important PASS/2nd UPPER/1ST CLASS HONOURS that you are aiming for.

If you have read through the forums thoroughly, many posts/comments here have lamented that they actually spent a rather substantial amount of time studying, but they just cant seem to be able to get the results as they do not know how to study and what to study.

Therefore, if you are willing to put in time (which is the most crucial factor to your success), I am fairly confident I can help to be the catalyst that help you gain the right focus and direction.

My friend is giving UOL tuition for Mathematics 1.

He scored 99/100 for his Maths 1 paper so if you would like some assistance for your maths I think he can probably be of help. If you need proof of his score it can be given.

He is an experienced tutor and is only tutoring specifically for Mathematics 1 because it is his best subject and he wants to ensure that he is providing quality tuition and not trying to make quick buck.
