Seeing the success in the Singapore Mini Othello Tourney held on 6th June 2009, Othello Organisation Singapore (OOS) is committed to continuously nurture the competitive standards of our local players.
This July, an annual Singapore Othello Championships will be organised in order to select 3 qualified players to represent Singapore in the annual World Othello Championships.
Cash prizes will be awarded, $100 for the Champion, $70 for the 1st runner-up, and $30 for the 2nd runner-up. A total of 8 trophies will be awarded, namely the Top 3 Overall, Top Female, Top Tertiary student, Top Junior College student, Top Tertiary Team and Top Junior College Team. Certificates of participation will also be given to every participant who attends the Singapore Othello Championships 2009.
