Official Opening Ceremony (Closed to the Public)
5:00 9:00pm
Reserved exclusively for the media and exhibitors, partners and sponsors of the event.
Friday, 14 August
Conference Sessions
10:00am 6:00pm
Held separately from the Convention itself, the Conference Sessions will be paid sessions that will take place in a Meeting Hall at Suntec Singapore. Students and Industry Professionals are invited to engage in this transfer of knowledge with key players from global creative industries.
Trade Sessions (For Trade Visitors only)
11:00am 4:00pm
Held in Convention Halls 401-402, the Trade Sessions allow Exhibitors and Trade Visitors dedicated time and space to explore new business opportunities and establish worthwhile business relationships with companies and individuals from across the globe.
Public Exhibition Day 1 (Free Admission)
4:00 9:00pm
Activities include autograph signing sessions, live demonstrations and workshops with your favourite world-renowned artists and designers, a cosplay culture showcase and competitions, as well as the latest and greatest that the toy, comic, design gaming, animation and cosplay industries have to offer!

guys, it's just confirmed! a dear friend of mine will be in this year's artists alley.
i'm planning to drop by friday night after work. so fri night visitors.. message me so we can all meet up!
if you do come by the event at a different time, please do visit his space and tell him u are from SGC. no award for this but it will be a shock for him (coz he is quite shy with his work) to have so many people from sgc come up to him to say hi.. 
here is his blog by the way. take a look at it and i promise you, you won't be disappointed. (oh yeah, it also has a map of the convention.)
i really do hope to finally meet some of you guys there (in the flesh!)

There's also another artist event on Saturday though, at the Butter Factory if I'm not wrong... that seems quite interesting too..
