Maybe you workout the wrong way?????

i also have 6 pacs, but like fake de.. haha. i don't do situps/crunches and can barely just make 40 per min for ippt. 
but used to do lots of running thou.

And any good cardio exercise to intro too?  | Cardio exercise associate with activities that increase the rate of the heart. Eg: jogging, swimming, cycling, soccer, basketball, aerobic, etcs...
For upper abs workout:
The basic crunches ^^
20 to 25 times and rest for about 90 seconds.(1 set)
Repeat 2-3 more sets of crunches with 90 second rests between each set.
For lower abs workout:
The reverse crunch.
20 to 25 times and rest for about 90 seconds.(1 set)
Repeat 2-3 more sets of crunches with 90 second rests between each set and you're done for the day!
Just remember, crunches alone will not gives you abs. You must reduce fats through diet and some cardio exercise.
Listen to your body and rest for recovery if you are tired. Hope the picture illustrate helps for showing the upper and lower workout. |
