Re: Slimming!

I'm currently trying the uKimono myself.Been using the uZap for the past 3 years and now it's time to wave goodbye to it for the time being and embrace the uKimono !

I tried it at the OSIM ION store and was very impressed with both the service of the staff there(Edward) and the look of the product. The colours are irresistible but i was more concerned with the function.

I didn't want something that works like the uZap, since i already have one. The uKimono has a double kneading action (which uZap doesn't) which i find works well as a massager for the back too. You might find the Osimotion ticklish at the beginning but you''ll get used to it soon enough.

Each session lasts 10 minutes. My habit is to drink a large glass of water after the tummy round so as to flush the toxins out. Tip : remember to pee before using as the motion will tickle more than your skin!

It's retailing at $328 now. Before you decide to get one, think about how you might wanna incorporate a healthy diet with the use of this product. It's not a miracle pill, especially if the users skip the calorie-counting, if you know what i mean.

my friends gave favourable feedback that their bowel movement have been better after regular usage, which does't surprise me. That's one of the benefits you'll feel after exercising and using the uKimono is like doing a 10 minute exercise routine right ?!

Re: Slimming!

not yet. Like i said, it's not a miracle pill ... i'll be rather worried if i were to see rapid results!

I've only started to use it and it'll be fair to start expecting some fat reduction only after a month or 2 at least (of daily usage)...

But i feel lighter already as the bowel movement has improved. I realised that my friends and i are not the only ones having that as an added benefit (the OSIM staff did not highlight this). I came across this article written by a pretty cabin crew on the OSIM blog and she mentioned the same effect.

Interesting stuff as she and 2 other stewardesses talk about flying life and tips on keeping their shape and skin in mint condition.

Re: Slimming!

I lost about 2kg a couple of years back and using the uKimono to maintain the weight.

I took slimming pills and went on a diet. Together with 2.4km jogging about twice a week. Managed to lose the 2kilos in about 3 months.

Re: Slimming!

Balance diet and modified exercises are the best solution.
If you're having heavy meals each and every day, even 10 uZap or uKimono would not be able to solve your problem.

Just my 2cents of view
