Slimming

Anyone have tips on slimming?

I need to slim down 10kg before next year Easter lor... (^-^)

dont eat rice, noodles and those food with high amount of carbohydrates. eat mainly veggies fruits and some meat like chicken and fish.

but this kind of diet can get hungry easily one....><

swimming 3x a week, cut down on food intake eg, eat until 3/4 or 1/2 full.

I dun eat much i eat one meal per day... Doctor tell me no eat much...

Doctor say i fat is not eat too much is i got female hormones prob that y i need to use other way to slim down... If i cut down my intake i only eat half a meal a day liao bah... Doc say no carbo intake only veg n fruit n protein...

Maybe exercise humm... what type to slim down leh?

u try walking.. as in not those walk a few steps one.. u try climbing stairs to ur floor .. dun use lift..

i tink u can eat, but regularly.. as in eat small portion lor.. juz one meal per day is "crash " diet.. not v healthy.. coz once u slim down n nvr maintain, it will have yoyo effect!

I no choice Doctor say this cannot eat that cannot eat I dun know what else I can eat.

Seriously lor I only drink Soya milk and a pck of butter biscult or Coffee and a Pck of Butter Biscult.

After a while beri hungry one lor...

Actually my whole body is beri Slim only my tummy beri fat like pregnant mah.

So I tot I eat less my tummy will not be so huge mah. :-(

do crunches to tone your tummy lor.. like sit up like that but the diff is your legs are bend at 90 degrees in the air. do every night b4 u sleep. increase the amount as u go by.. like maybe 20 for this week. 30 for next week, etc...

the result is not immediate, but you can feel your tummy getting flatter by few weeks.

yah crunches work but its soo tiring~ >.< my mom is now eating a kind of vegetable tablet its 100% made of vegetables so it has no side effects and the brand is himalayas.Its really quite cheap around like $15+ for 60 pills which lasts for a month if you eat it regularly you can try it =D get the saleswoman to recommend it to you =D

exercise, start by normal stuff like walking more or taking the stairs. Then cut down on rice intake, by substituting with noodles or pasta. Eat more fruits and vegetables and drink more water!

hmm..just wanna ask..does cutting down all those carbo food realli helps? cos i tink her prob is she eat toO little..tats what i tink...
then the metabolism decrease..sth lk tat..or i tink wrongly?
what i tink is..she jus needs to exercise..dun need to torture urself by cutting down foods..as u are eatin so little...eatin ani lesser i tink will only do harm to ur body..as u are not getting enuf nutrients..thats what i tink..

hmmm , eat lesser portions .
and chew ur food more when you eat .
eat slowly also (:

exercise more .
crunches does helps .or try twisting ur hips when u are free.
