Hi everyone, i know that many are irritated with the recent frequent crashes that SGClub has been experiencing.
Until now, we are still not entirely sure what caused the sudden and frequent crashes, but after upgrading our servers, it seemed to have helped. We do believe that our growth is probably one of the factors.
However, more recently, and into the near future, we are planning some changes over here on SGC. We are still experimenting and testing feasibility. Through this process, we might cause some crashes too.
I hope that everyone will give us some time as we believe that changes are necessary if we want SGC to continue to improve and grow and be a better place. We will reveal more after we have completed our analysis, trials and studies. The main reason why i'm saying all this is to tell everyone that SGC will be enhanced soon but like all 'renovations', there will be some mess during the construction like crashes.
We will of course try our utmost to keep the downtime to a bare minimum.

Can reduce the categories? Too many that I only visit a few like SG CLUB CAFE and Complaints Zone. Maybe merge them?

i believe they are trying to improve database size as well as upgrading or changing host .
its a very complicated process given that SGClub is a huge forum with yrs of history and the amount of precious data involved cannot be taken lightly. Certainly we do not want to have our post , gifts , reputation , memories with sgclub to be reset just like mapleglobal this kinda game.
Therefore im sure the admin are trying their best to liase with IT side to provide us with the best service with not much income as this is a free to use website. their only income comes from advertisements and this is a issue.

Anyway, the "SGCLUB all in one" section maybe takes up a lot of space as it needs to scour the whole SGclub forum for the latest posts. This is really not a necessity.
