SP Utilities Service Feedback?
Well how shall i begin. Not sure if this is the place to post but i'll just rattle abit, not so much of complaint
Last night, a guy wearing long sleeve shirt and pants came to my house and rang the door bell. I opened the door slightly and talked to him.
Man (speaking in chinese): he looks at me up to down even thou he can only see 1/3 of my body and ask if house owner is around
Firstly, i look too young to be home owner?
Secondly, i'm not sure if there really is such a contractor SP services engages but it could be a scam, preying on older ignorant people.
Thridly, he could be testing water and then another person might come by one day to cheat people.
Whateva the case, just my little caution to warn all of such a thing that happend.
If there really is such "service", let me know so i won't anyhow think.

should hv asked them for pass dan question them back by asking since they are contractors engaged by SP, get dwn their firm name dan u action badminton call SP on the spot.. haha...
