Total SGC$: 5,369.56 | Squats. Good? Hey guys, recently i started doing abt 20+ squats each day and always end up having the burning sensation for a while in the kneecap. After abt 1 week, when i go jogging, i feel pain at my kneecap. Is it advisable to do squats?? Please advise Thanks. |

Total SGC$: 98.36 | Re: Squats. Good? back has to be straight and upright...legs shoulder width apart..when squatting keep the angle between your thighs and calves >70 deg....you should not feel any pain in ur heels or ankles..when standing up...don't extend till your knees are locked..

Total SGC$: 98.36 | Re: Squats. Good? yup...means don't stand up till you are fully upright...for bodybuilders they do squats with weights...so shd they "lock" their knees...the weight would be supported by the knee joint...which is not eneficial and may hurt the knee..
