i registered for Pre-event (Usher) & Race Day (Drink Station)
here are some dates to take note of:
USHERS:
REPC Volunteer Mass Briefing - Saturday, 3rd November 2007, 10am
REPC - Friday, 23 Nov 2007 - Sun, 25 Nov 2007, 9am-9pm
Lunch, dinner will be provided if i'm not wrong.
DRINKS STATION LEADERS/ ASST. LEADERS & CREWS:
Drink Station Leaders' Briefing - Sat, 3rd Nov 2007, 10am-12pm
Drinks Station Crew Briefing - Sat, 17 Nov 2007, 10am-3.30pm
Final Briefing on Operational & Medical - Sat, 24 Nov 07, 2pm-5pm
Race Day - Sunday, 2 December 07, 2am to 4pm*
On raceday, thought of meeting the volunteers at 11+pm on Sat, so that could brief and do a run thru on what to do in emergencies as well.
Emergencies are:
1) Stormy Weather
2) Waterspout (its not tornado)
3) What to do if runners collapse infront of our station.
those are the top 3 that mostly happen to drink station crew on race day.

On the sheet can u use colour the highlight those we need to go @ the same time send it to all those ppl who need to noe all this including myself  thks. Most of the briefings are on Sat/Sunday.
REPC is at Suntec Convention Ctr Hall 603.
Am thinking abt Mac, but which mac is nearer to Padang, which is the place to gather for race day.

ps: i'm holding another leadership position just today,
REPC Leader, so would be in charge of ushers and staffs for the REPC.

ok. i opened up 2 positions for the SGC as some people wanna helpout during the pre-event, some on raceday and enthusiats, both events.
you're in for Ushering (Pre-event) & Drinks Station Crew (Raceday)
for pre-event, you can switch roles to eg: Usher to Counter staff
