erm, Mio TV is really bad IMO.

Hi Folks, never ever fall in Singtel marketing and take their internet plans. i am a victim. and i regret very much. I have a starhub 12 mbps plan and its contract is over, so i have taken a singtel 10 mbps conn, they said singtel 10 mb will be faster than 12 mbps starhub since starhub using shared bandwidth!! which is a BIG LIE!!!.. the singtel internet is very slow comparatively and i wanted to upgrade my singtel to 15 mbps and i called singtel customer care. The answer i got really embarassed me "THEY CANNOT UPGRADE 10 MB TO 15 MB SINCE THEY USE MOST ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY!!!"

so i suggest not to take singtel internet for 3 reasons.

1) They claimed their 10mb is faster than starhub 12 Mb which is not true, starhub is much faster.
2) We cannot upgrade once you take singtel internet!! you have to live with it until the contract ends, but starhub can be upgraded.
3) If you play youtube video, it has to buffer the entire video before it starts playing, which is very disguisting, and not the case in starhub internet conn.

I am not sure about singtel mobile and other services. But singtel internet service is really a garbage..

Starhub the best. I use many years. No minor problem let alone major problem.

i prefer starhub because their speed are fast, good & reliable.
Well singtel i dont use any of them but i think starhub is better than singtel!

Singtel 10MB mio is really really bad. I upgraded from 3MB to 10MB this new year and regretted since. Its slow like hell, discounted every now and then.
