Surprise party

My sister has begged not to ever get a surprise party of any kind for her birthday or any other thing. Still, my brother and sister and planning a surprise birthday part for her in December. I think we should go by her wishes. What do others think?

Re: Surprise party

I have three aunts who used to live together. When one of them turned 45, the other aunts and their friends planned a surprise birthday party for her. She was dead tired after a 16-hour shift at work, so all that she wanted was to sleep upon arriving home. To cut it short, instead of appreciating her sisters' efforts, she got grumpy and all. My other aunts vowed not to give her a surprise party ever.

What I am trying to say is that you'd better stick to her sister's wish.

Re: Surprise party

Yeah girls feel shy on B'day parties, but you should plan a surprise b'day party for her with your family members. She will be happy after this surprise because everyone wants their b'day to be very special and waits for the whole year.

For making her feel comfortable you can force her to interact with everyone in the party by giving thank you cards to the guests.

I'm wishing her happy b'day in adavnce

Re: Surprise party

Surprise party is really interesting. I like surprise birthday party. It also depends on situation. If situation fevers, then it will be a great bash.
