SWIMMING TRAININGS

Hi, anyone know where can I learn swimming? I would like to get a GOLDSTAR, i've got a GOLD like 8 years ago. would like to continue. or anyone knows any certified coach? preferably north area? eg, YCK

y u didnt consider the swimming pool coach? They will provide a better training then the outside trainer.

learn from japan. If U want to hire a coach, ask for the TI technique. TI = total immersion
