Re: The socially awkward.

I do read, a wide variations of it, between genres and types of books, though these days I've pretty much been reading fanfictions to de-stress. And I rarely buy chicklits because I don't think it's worth to. It'd be good if there's a book club or something around (x
I love listening to music, but haven't really got friends who share the same taste. Mostly rock, alternative and indie. But I listen to kpop too, and jpop/ rock.
Art, for sure. And crafting too. But mostly drawing these days. It'd be cool if I could meet someone interested in painting.
Oh and dancing. But these days it's limited to myself and my bedroom (x
Anyone with the same interests? heheh.

Re: The socially awkward.

hey what kinds of books do u read?

i used to love fanfics too, but it's hard to find ones that are already completed + can sustain my interest for long enough...

i mainly like to read about supernatural stuff like werewolves, magic, vampires etc (u know those series of books by L.J. Smith...)

Hahah. Well, I actually write too. Though it's mostly bits and pieces and some fanfics, mostly unposted. But I have an account on fanfiction.net under the same name (x

Re: The socially awkward.

@dorae178
recent years are mostly stories on life? Like The Perks of Being a Wall Flower, Mitch Albom's books, Haruki Murakami's . Currently reading Toto-chan, but it's taking me a long while. hahah.
I used to read stories from the middle age. Love them, but haven't done so in recent years. I like stories on vampires too. But my favourite vampires of all time has got to go to Christopher Pike and Bram Stoker. I like supernatural with magic too. (:

Re: The socially awkward.

@dorae178

Hmm, I haven't got round to her yet cos I haven't got to read those that I bought on a book spree OTL
I usually don't like to read book series, unless they're mangas or really, really good stories.
Fanfics, a few good ones I've read. But you need to give me a brief genre description of those you like. Plus I read anime/ idols fanfics too !!

@DevilH
At the moment, Naruto, One Piece and Skip Beat.
But Slamdunk has got to be my all time favourite.

Re: The socially awkward.

@DevilH
Slamdunk was the very first manga I read, love every bit of it, I have lost count the number of times I have reread it.

@namelessname
LOL. in a way I guess. Though I actually started watching Bleach anime, but it got to draggy that I gave up and moved onto Naruto. But the anime got draggy too, so now I'm strictly reading the manga. And damn I hate week breaks. Haven't got the chance to read the latest chap for One Piece yet, but their updating is kinda inconsistent huh.. D:

Re: The socially awkward.

@PokeKai
So I heard. But I realized that I don't quite enjoy anime as much as reading the manga. Sometimes due to fail graphics and the 'laggyness' of it, e.g one scene that could happen in a sec stays for 5secs. #thatawkwardmoment . But I watch 1 or 2 eps of D.Grayman. Liked it, but I heard that the story has been discontinued? D:
I'm watching OP anime now, only just to feed the lack of satisfaction from the miserable weekly manga updates. Hurr.
